One-time Fees / Estoppel
Prior to closing on any property, the title company will request an Estoppel Letter.
The purpose is to specify if any outstanding financial obligations are associated with a property prior to sale, such as maintenance fees, irrigation fees, late charges and/or interest amounts due.

The current fee for an Estoppel letter is $250.00.
Expedited requests are $350.00.
