POOL RULES


The following rules were approved by the Membership and will be enforced

  • ​​Pools are for Members and Guest of the Members Only
  • ​Swim Tags must be worn at all times
  • ​No floating devices in pools
  • No Running, Jumping or Diving Into the Pools
  • ​Children under 4 years may not use the pools
  • Children under 12 must have an adult present
  • No food or drink in pools or on pool deck
  • ​No suntan oil on chairs or lounges
  • ​No Life Guard is on duty - Swim at your own risk
  • ​Pools are open at sunrise and closed at sunset​

MOVING TO OUR COMMUNITY?


The Mainland's Section 6 adult community is intended for occupancy by households comprised of at least one person fifty-five (55) years of age or older. No full-time resident under the age of 18.  


All prospective property residents of Mainland's Section 6 are required to complete and submit anApplication with Feeand undergo a mandatory

pre-occupancy Background Check


A Screening Interview meeting must be conducted and approval granted before closing on and/or taking up residency in any property within our community.


Please print the forms specific to your request, and in order to arrange for your pre-occupancy Screening Interview meeting, you will need to complete all of the attached forms and return them to our office, either in person or by postal mail.

For your information:

  • It is a City of Tamarac Ordinance that you must clean up after your pets. 
  • All animals must be on a leash and not allowed to remain at large. 
  • No pets are allowed on the premises of the recreation area.
  • ​No Pets are allowed in the pool or fenced in area around the pool.
