Anyone wishing to purchase a home in Mainlands Section 6 must complete and submit an Owner Application Packet, along with the appropriate fees, as stated within the packet itself.
All property owners, and non-owner residents in the same property must complete and successfully pass a background check, as specified within the Owner Application Packet.

Once downloaded, please read through the entire packet, complete all sections, and submit the entire packet, along with all necessary fees, to the Mainlands Section 6 office, which is located at 4920 NW 51st Court, Tamarac Florida 33319.
The office building is located behind the main clubhouse building and swimming pool complex.
Normal office hours are Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 12:00 noon until 2:00 pm.
