Prior to closing on any property, the title company will request an Estoppel Letter.
The purpose is to specify if any outstanding financial obligations are associated with a property prior to sale, such as maintenance fees, irrigation fees, late charges and/or interest amounts due.
The current fee for an Estoppel letter is $250.00. Expedited requests are $350.00.
All requests for Estoppel Letters should be sent to the attention of Michelle Basile, the Association’s Financial Secretary.
