The Mainlands Section 6 Irrigation Fee is used to cover the day-to-day operating expenses of providing sprinkler services to the lawns of Member homes.
Irrigation fee payments of $24.00 are payable and due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Any payment not received by the end of the quarter due will be subject to a $5.00 late fee.
Payments should be placed in the black mailbox labeled “Irrigation” outside the main doors to the Clubhouse.

NOTE: Not all homes in Mainlands Section 6 are connected to the irrigation system. For example, none of the homes on those streets bordering Rock Island Road are connected, and therefore, not responsible for this payment.
