All homeowners are obligated to pay quarterly maintenance fees as dictated by the Association’s Declaration of Restrictions.
Currently, these maintenance fees are set at $90.00 per quarter and are due on the first day of each quarter.
Please make your payment via check or money order, payable to Mainlands Section 6.
Payments must be received no later than the 20th day of the quarter, or a $25.00 late fee will apply.
- January 1st (late fee applies after January 20th)
- April 1st (late fee applies after April 20th)
- July 1st (late fee applies after July 20th)
- October 1st (late fee applies after October 20th)
Deposit your check or money order (no cash, please) in the black mailbox labeled “Mainlands 6” outside the clubhouse entrance prior to the 20th day of each quarter to avoid being charged a late fee.
Maintenance fee payments must be paid separately from any Irrigation fee payments.
