The administrators of Mainlands Section 6 are well aware of the role realtors & real estate agents play in building effective relationships between property owners, buyers, investors and tenants.
It’s also very clear to us who work for the betterment of this community, that these relationships are the first line of defense to help avoiding disappoints during the home buying and leasing processes.
As such, the administrators rely heavily on the expertise of the realty professions to make sure that every one of their potential clients fully understands the expectations of the Mainlands Section 6 governing documents.
There’s nothing more disappointing than when an aspiring owner/resident finds out, at the very last minute, that they are ineligible to become part of this wonderful community.
And so, we strongly encourage all realty professionals to be fully familiar with the restrictive covenants of this homeowners association, and we expect then to make sure their clients are full aware as well.
